Circuits To Soldering
An introduction to the basics of electricity and electronics.
Includes two take-home projects and basic supplies to keep
including soldering iron.
These aren't cardboard tube flashlight projects - we'll be
soldering onto strip board and working with integrated circuits.
A project lab board allows for ongoing study long after the
class is finished.
We'll complete 2 LED projects the kids can take home at the
end of class for further experimentation.
Class meets for 3 hours and needs to be held in a place with
electricity and good ventilation.
Recommended ages: 10 and up (must be able read and to
use a glue gun on their own and peel an apple unassisted -
those are basic small motor skills needed)
Class is limited to 8 students
$350 - Up to 5 students
$75 - Each additional student up to 8
